Robbye L. MohnCPA, CFE
Robbye Mohn sees forensic accounting as a way to make a difference—summing up the situation, analyzing the loss, and arriving at the accurate answer.
For more than 20 years Robbye has worked with claims professionals and attorneys, quantifying financial damages related to legal disputes and insurance claims, delivering analyses that serve to drive the effective resolution of commercial disputes.
Representing insurance companies, corporate clients and law firms on both coasts, Robbye focuses on large commercial losses including business interruption and contingent business interruption, property damage, increased cost of working and extra expense, and defending or reviewing calculated losses in subrogation. She has also investigated losses from catastrophic events such as the Exxon Valdez oil spill, Hurricane Katrina, California earthquakes and, more recently, Superstorm Sandy.
Robbye brings her clients significant experience in the measurement of damages for casualty and liability claims including product liability for medical, chemical, construction and household products and recalls related to food and beverage products.
With RGL since she joined the predecessor firm as a summer intern in 1988, Robbye spent 20 years in the firm’s San Francisco office before relocating to RGL’s New York office in 2012 to meet the changing needs of our clients.
