An accomplished forensic accountant and expert witness, Jeff specializes in calculating economic damages in commercial litigation. He has testified and been retained on a variety of cases including:

  • Lost profits and business interruption 
  • Partnership disputes
  • Breach of contract
  • Personal injury and wrongful death 
  • Wrongful termination and employment matters

Jeff has investigated a variety of cases involving fraud, including employee dishonesty, embezzlement, Ponzi schemes, and other fidelity matters. In some of his Ponzi scheme engagements, he has worked with federal equity receivers and the SEC.
