Court Experience

Kelley has assisted with the preparation of expert witness reports for both State and Federal courts covering topics of economic loss, product liability and insurance defense. He has also provided expert witness testimony and has assisted counsel in the preparation of deposition questions and discovery requests. Kelley has served as a mock damage expert witness at the International Association of Defense Counsel’s annual Trial Academy.
